description
Futuna 50 - The great aluminum trip, without compromise
Launched in 2024, this Futuna 50 signed Futuna Yachts embodies the vision of the construction site: an aluminum cruise ship, cut for long crossings as well as for high latitudes. With only a few hundred engine hours and a complete configuration, this used unit comes in a almost new state, under the France flag.
A marine construction
The aluminum shell, reference material for far travel, offers robustness and serenity far from the technical bases. Over 16.54 m long and 4.67 m wide and 2.49 m draft, the boat displays a displacement of 13,200 kg which ensures it from the port in the breeze. The deck is dressed in teak, the rig receives a battened mainsail on a reel, a genoa, a toe-out and a spinnaker rig, with boom equipped with Lazy Jacks and Lazy Bag for a reduced easy maneuver.
Performance and autonomy
The 75 HP Yanmar 4JH4-TE, four-cylinder seawater-cooled, totals 368 hours. It provides 7 cruising knots for about 2 l/h, and up to 13 peak knots. With 320 liters of diesel and 420 liters of fresh water, the autonomy is up to the program. Inside, 3 cabins and 8 beds accommodate up to 8 people, with hot water, oven, electric fridge and hi-fi radio.
