The very high thickness of the edges also allows welding under very high current intensity, without risk of deformation of the shells: this is of paramount importance; Indeed, welding under very high intensity radically suppresses any risk of «gluing» of the welds, «gluing» which unfortunately remain (in the current state of the technology) undetectable in radiography and ultrasonic.

In addition, silicate inorganic sandblasting + zinc-plating (approved by the Naval Civil Engineering Laboratory) contractually guarantees an absolute anti-electrolysis protection.
