Dufour 38 Classic GTE - The family cruiser who does not give up walking

Signed Dufour Yachts, this 2001 38 Classic GTE embodies the philosophy of the construction site: a comfortable, comfortable cruise ship to the sea and capable of holding a good average. Construction and marine qualities

The polyester shell measures 11.64 m for 3.85 m wide and 1.90 m of draft, with a displacement of 6,800 kg which ensures it is seated in the breeze. The bridge is in prv - Fiberglass and cockpit receives a teak floor. The rigging is served by a complete wardrobe: mainsail, genoa delta sailing from January 2021, spinnaker with its dedicated rig and toe-out, tormentin, rail and mainsail trolley, pataras and halyards. The boom is equipped with Lazy Jacks and a 2024 Lazy Bag.

Motorization and life on board

The 40 HP Volvo MD 2040, seawater cooling, totals 2,100 hours. At 6 cruising knots for about 2 l/h, 110 liters of diesel offer a good range of engines, supplemented by 340 liters of fresh water. Inside, three cabins, six beds and a functional square with hot water, hob and 2023 oven, refrigerator revised in April 2020, radio/hi-fi and television. The cockpit is protected by a descent hood, a table, a sun awning and a port awning; Bath ladder and deck shower complete the set.
