This Trireme 43 is a beautiful offshore cruise unit, the hull was built in steel in 1983 by the "construction" construction site Naval de Biot" on the plans of the architect François Charpentier, famous in particular for having designed the series of Trireme sailboats, models from 43 to 60 feet.
It is a boat designed for comfort in navigation and habitability at stopovers. The triple chores hull is made of steel sheets welded on T-slots. The thickness of the sheets is 4mm for the upper chore, 5 for the intermediate chore and 6mm for the chores. Naval de Biot" and the protection treatment of the metal structure carried out by the original owner are of a quality rarely encountered on units of the same type.
